1-General Responsibilities

People should do their best to take care of their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life.
1.2-The person can donate blood or donate organs, if appropriate.

2-Social Security Status
 
2.1-
Patient; It is obliged to notify changes in health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.

3-
Informing Healthcare Professionals
Patient; He should give full and complete information about his complaints, previous illnesses, whether he has received any inpatient treatment, the drugs he is currently using, and all his health.
 
4-Compliance with Hospital Rules
4.1-Patient; must comply with the rules and practices of the health institution to which they apply.
4.2-
The patient must comply with the referral chain determined by the Ministry of Health and other social security institutions
4.3-
The patient; It is expected to cooperate with health professionals during the treatment, care and rehabilitation process.
4.4-
Patient; If he is using a health facility that provides service by appointment, he must comply with the date and time of the appointment and notify the relevant place of the changes.
4.5-
Patient; respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors.
5-
Compliance with Recommendations Regarding Treatment
5.1-
Patient; He should listen carefully to the advice about treatment and medication and ask about the places he does not understand
5.2-
The patient; In case of inability to comply with the recommendations regarding the treatment, the health worker should be informed
5.3-The patient should indicate whether he/she understands the health care and post-discharge care plan correctly as expected
5.4-
Patient; He is responsible for the consequences that may arise due to refusing the treatment to be applied or not complying with the recommendations.
6-
Infectious Disease State
Patients and their relatives are obliged to be sensitive about all the measures recommended to them in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases
7-Payment Responsibility

Patients are responsible for paying examination and treatment expenses (in line with health insurance, if any). In addition, if the patient and their relatives intentionally damage the fixtures and consumables, they have the responsibility to pay for the damage they cause
